DO I HAVE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
In order to ensure you are seen as promptly as possible, we do ask that you book an appointment. We do, however, offer a walk-in service to our Hair Salon at our Trincity branch.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
We understand that sometimes "things happen" but as an appointment reserves a space in our calendar just for you, we ask that you please notify us by phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes we do! Please ask at our reception desk.
